Reviews & Testimonials Policy

Reviews can help shoppers understand flavor, packaging, delivery, convenience, and everyday product experience. This policy explains how ZWR Labs collects, labels, and moderates reviews and testimonials.

Authenticity

We do not knowingly create fictional customer reviews or present staff-written marketing copy as an independent customer experience. A “verified purchase” label is used only when the review platform or order records support it.

Balanced publication and moderation

We do not remove a review merely because it is negative. We may reject, hide, or edit content for spam, fraud, harassment, profanity, personal information, unrelated material, duplicate submissions, conflicts of interest, infringement, unlawful statements, or health and safety concerns. Any edit should preserve the reviewer’s material meaning.

Health claims and individual results

A personal review does not establish that a supplement can diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Testimonials must not be used to promise a typical or guaranteed outcome that available evidence does not support. Individual responses vary.

Incentives and material connections

If a reviewer received a free product, discount, commission, affiliate payment, or another material benefit, that relationship should be disclosed clearly. An incentive may reward the act of giving honest feedback, but it must not require a positive rating or particular sentiment.

Employee and affiliate reviews

Employees, contractors, affiliates, and close personal connections must disclose their relationship when commenting on ZWR Labs or its products.

Reporting a review

To report a review that appears false, includes personal information, omits a material connection, or raises a safety concern, use our Contact Us page and include the product or page URL and the reason for the report.
