These Terms of Service govern your use of zwrlabs.com and purchases from ZWR Labs. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account.
2. Online store terms
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not transmit malicious code, interfere with site security, scrape the site without permission, or use our products or services in violation of law.

Third-party services and links are provided for convenience. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them. ZWR Labs is not responsible for third-party sites, products, or services.
11. Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the commerce platform we use to sell products. Your purchases are from ZWR Labs. Shopify is not the seller of our products.
12. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you acknowledge those practices.
13. Errors and availability
We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update information or cancel affected orders where permitted by law. Products and services may be limited by quantity, location, or availability.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise. The courts of Hong Kong will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights consumers may have to bring proceedings in another competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
